What a time of fun and fellowship this will be! In order to accommodate most, we have couple of options. We have booked a cabin at Hidden Mountain Resort for 2 nights (Fri. 9/26 & Sat. 9/27). The cost of the hotel stay, per person, is $110 for 1 or 2 nights. We will be playing 2 different golf courses.

Some of you may want to go down on Friday, 9/26 and stay all night and some may want to go down on Saturday 9/27 to just stay one night. For those of you that are going down on Sat., 9/27, we will leave MVBC @ 9a. Either way is perfectly fine, we just ask to verify that on the registration form. Total cost for the trip minus meals and your personal expenses approximately $220.

• Island Point Golf Course - Sat., Sept., 27th - 2:00p, 2:10p, and 2:20p ($64)

• Smoky Mountain Golf Course - Sun., Sept., 28th at 9:00a, 9:10a, and 9:20a ($45).

• Hidden Mountain Resort - 2 nights - Fri. 9/26 & Sat. 9/27 ($110) - Payable to Taylor Pruett by 9/19
